Steps into the flow of love |
Written by Susanne Heart
At one point in your evolution of consciousness you will probably discover that there is a life force flowing through all living things. When you first see this, it will be obvious to you. This life force you might call Life or God or Love. And you will see that it does not belong to any religious or new age systems. It just is... |

Anandagiri about the mind |
Written by Joanne Hay February 6th, 2007

I asked Anandagiriji how we can help children to become who they truly are? How can we ensure they flower into their natural state; one of oneness and bliss? Just as he did. His answer was firstly to stop being a mother. What?
“No one likes to be owned”, he said, “most children have deep disdain for their parents for this very reason. When you allow your children to be themselves, without evaluating or owning their thoughts and actions they flower. If you do not, their hearts close, never to open again.”
“Wow,” I thought, “tall order!”
He went on to say, “Chidren do not belong to you, they are on loan. You must be the child’s friend if you want to help them to flower.” This satisfied me for a while but then another question bubbled up. |

Enlightenment and divine descent |

Written by Kiara Windrider

"Who or what are these divine personalities? There are certain primordial energies, or aspects of God, that have pre-existed since the beginning of creation. In different traditions these primordial energies are identified as Christ, Shekinah, Maitreya, Shiva, Mehdi Imam, or Kalki. Many masters and avatars through the ages of human history, have been overlighted or merged with these primordial energies in varying degrees. Following his baptism with John the Baptist, Jesus the man became Jesus the Christ, and eventually became indistinguishable from this primordial energy as Jesus Christ. “I and the Father are One”, was his daily experience of Self. It was no longer a human named Jesus who had somehow merged with the divine, but the divine spirit as Christ embodied through Jesus...." |

Albert Einstein about oneness... |
Written by Albert Einstein
"A human being is a part of a whole, called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest... a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."

The Big Picture |

"Some people “break through the wall” in their very first deeksha while others receive deeksha after deeksha with no discernible shift in perception. These people end up feeling a great desperation in their quest, either feeling not worthy enough or terminally blocked in some way. Perhaps they feel that they are the one mistake God ever made and that everyone will get enlightened except for them. They either engage on a frantic quest for the ultimate deeksha, or give up in despair, wondering if the whole thing was a pipedream or a hoax." |

Deeper into Enlightenment |
Written by Kiara Windrider

"Bhagavan remarks that the enlightenment
he gives is intended to be fully
functional, and is therefore
attempting to modify the nervous
system so that people require
less time in nirvikalpa samadhi
and move sooner into sahaj samadhi.
This is the state that Masters
such as Jesus operated from.
It also requires that the unconscious
mind be completely cleared,
and the adept may consequently
go through a prolonged ‘dark
night of the soul’ before
this state is permanently anchored."

What is Enlightenment? |
Written by Kiara Windrider

"What is enlightenment? Bhagavan
defines it differently in different
contexts. For a neurologist
it is the shutting down of certain
parts of the parietal lobe.
For a biologist it is a heightening
of the senses. For a psychologist,
it is the loss of the ego. For
the philosopher it is becoming
a witness to life. For someone
on a spiritual path, it is about
opening your heart to life,
and developing the capacity
to love."

The Oneness Movement - an overview |
Written by Cate Montana
"What is unique about this movement is that it is not a religion, nor is
it a particular spiritual path or set of religious beliefs. Sri
Bhagavan and Sri Amma, who are husband and wife (which is certainly a
break from eastern tradition) are understood as being the outer
manifestations of oneness in the twin form of the masculine and
feminine expressions. They maintain they are not interested in forming
a new religion, nor being worshiped as gurus. Rather they are simply
here to perform their divine mission of uplifting humanity."
